What's it about?
How to manage better? A high-calibre discussion round on shaping a meaningful economy focused on people and an intact planet. Economy is not a law of nature but a system that can be shaped. We ask how an economy can be designed that, in addition to the economic, is also oriented towards meaning and added value, a fair society and an intact planet. We ask about the significant difference between "profit orientation" and "profit maximization", about possibilities for a creative corporate culture that acts joyfully and meaningfully and aims for the "good life" and productive cooperation between people. And which values people as irreplaceable "originals". We discuss with: Antje Bierwisch, Elisabeth Sechser, Ines Omann and Sabrina Steindl. Moderation: Susanne Barta The podium discussions at FÖ_N begin with an artistic moment that opens the space - quietly, concentrated, perhaps surprisingly. These interventions are intended to be an invitation to pause, to listen, to think along and further. Then the conversation begins. There, different approaches meet: people with experience and questions, practitioners and seekers, perspectives that complement, contradict and lead on. Away from ready-made answers, they want to be open, sometimes tentative, focused where necessary - but always driven by the conviction that new ideas emerge where different voices work together.
