What's it about?
Training to become a beer sommelier. With the "Beer Sommelier" training, we open the way for you to become an expert in all things beer! Through your knowledge of beer, everyone can become proud of beer culture. The training to become a beer sommelier is carried out under the authorization and patronage of the Association of Austrian Breweries. Duration: 2x 3 days of training + 1 examination day optional: 2 excursions Date 2026 (participation in both blocks required): Part 1: 15.09.2026 – 17.09.2026 Part 2: 06.10.2026 – 09.10.2026 (incl. examination day) Costs: € 1,450, – (incl. VAT) + € 70,- examination fee Course instructors: Brewmasters Martin Simion and Markus Thaller Examination: Project work, written, oral and practical examination
