ORIGINALITY, RESPONSIBILITY, HONESTY Values that form the basis of our young, biodynamic winery in the sunny south of Austria. Here on the southern shore of Längsee, we focus exclusively on the Burgundy family: Chardonnay, Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc), Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris), Pinot Noir. A white Cuvée and a Pinot Noir are produced, as sparkling or still wine. Our philosophy is to capture the essence of the grape and the place in the wine, without any technical interventions that could distort the taste. After a spontaneous, long fermentation on the skins, the wines mature for 12 to 48 months in large oak barrels. We believe in the responsibility we have for our environment, for the soil we stand on, as well as for the people we live with. If you would like to get to know our work, WINE TASTINGS are available. You can regularly participate in guided wine tastings by appointment!
