Tierpark Herberstein

The Herberstein Zoo has made several efforts to enable barrier-free visits: for example, a new access via a ramp has been created and new disabled parking spaces have been designated. Barrier-free toilets are available at the Simbawelt restaurant and in the America area. Some of the paths are paved (with a gradient of 11 – 20%); however, some sections of the paths have a gravel surface with an incline of about 12%. To provide more detailed information about the path conditions, Herberstein Zoo offers a documentation of all the inclines of the paths. Analysis conducted in January 2016.
