Gnas, Styria

Alpacas of all sizesIt was early 2009 when Manuela and Sven Roll fell in love with alpacas while watching television. The alpaca fever never let go of them. After seminars, trips to breeders, and internet research, the time came in November 2009. The first three alpacas moved into the newly built stable in Raning near Gnas. Meanwhile, a few years later, around 20 to 25 alpacas populate the Rolls' farm.Under the name "MyPaca - Nature Style Collection", products with great attention to detail are made from high-quality alpaca fibers. Courses and seminars on the species-appropriate handling of alpacas are now also offered at the Thermenlandalpakas farm. The love of Manuela and Sven Roll from Gnas for their alpacas can be felt during trekking tours, with and without a "Schmankerljause" (snack platter).Alpaca Wool MillIn the wool mill, the precious natural fiber of the alpacas is processed into finished threads. Here, all alpaca breeders who do not know where and how to have their fibers processed are helped. From a minimum quantity of one kilogram, hand-knitting yarn, industrial yarn, and felt mats are produced from the "fleece of the gods".ProductsAlpaca wool, alpaca socks, -gloves, -hats, -scarves, -hats, -sweaters
