Starting point: "Gößfälle" parking lot between the two inns Zirmhof and Pflüglhof. You walk approx. 200 m, and you will already see the lower Gößfall in all its splendor. The lower course of the Gößbach forms a wild and romantic granite gorge with frothing waterfalls, overran rock slabs, and crystal-clear pools. The short access path to the first Gößfall (approx. 150 meters) was designed so that it can also be managed by people with walking and visual impairments. Immediately before the first fall, the water arena, with a platform reaching into the water, invites you to linger and marvel. From the water arena, a water theme path leads to the upper end of the Göß gorge. The panels with quotes from famous historical figures show that water has always played an important role in various human societies. The individual rest and stopping points are places of tranquility where you can listen to the constant roar of the waterfalls – but which are also intended to encourage reflection. A suspension bridge at the end of the theme path offers another impressive insight into the upper part of the gorge. Approximately 1 hour is needed for the ascent and descent.
