Just a few meters from Lake Traunsee is a top-class leisure paradise, the Tennisklub Altmünster (TKA). In a 2006 ORF survey, the TKA was voted the second most beautiful tennis court in Austria; only the facility in Pörtschach is ahead of us, and the Parkclub in Vienna was ranked 3rd. Against the impressive backdrop of Lake Traunsee and Traunstein, we offer you 3 double and 2 single clay courts. For training opportunities, a practice wall and a training device are available on our newly designed "Funcourt" (artificial turf), where it is possible to play basketball, volleyball, soccer, etc., in addition to tennis. A cozy clubhouse with showers, sanitary facilities, and buffet service completes the offer. Our support team is dedicated to your culinary well-being and the well-maintained tennis courts. Guests (non-members) have the option to rent the guest court. From our club facility, you can reach the shore of Lake Traunsee with its spacious and well-maintained sunbathing lawn in just a few steps. Of course, we also offer you the opportunity for coaching lessons and special courses for children and young people. Furthermore, you can participate in a whole series of tournaments and club events. Apart from the magnificent and freely accessible sunbathing lawn, you will also find the following sports and recreation facilities in the immediate vicinity of the TKA: Water ski school Beach volleyball courts Sailing club Altmünster Diving club The lakeside promenade with music pavilion The large parking lot directly on the Salzkammergut Bundestrasse is another significant advantage. The town center can be reached on foot from the tennis facility in a few minutes, and Ebenzweier Castle with its park is also in the immediate vicinity of the tennis facility, reachable in a few minutes.
