Stocksporthalle Union Windischgarsten

The stock sport section of Union Windischgarsten was founded in 1984 and today, with around 30 members, is one of the most active stock sport clubs in the region and in the Kirchdorf district. From 1984 to 2014, our section used 4 outdoor lanes in Windischgarsten. In 2014, Union Windischgarsten, together with the stock sport section, built a 4-lane stock sport hall with an asphalt surface, which today offers us ideal training and competition conditions. In addition to the weekly training evenings on TUESDAY and THURSDAY, the stock sport section of Union Windischgarsten is also very active and organizes numerous competitions, such as: INTERNAL (for members): Training tournaments (start 19:00) | Club championship | Duo competitions EXTERNAL: Grenzland Duo Cup Open tournament weekend with international participation (annually in September); we organize men's, mixed, and duo tournaments Local championship in asphalt shooting for all residents of Windischgarsten and members of clubs in the municipality of Windischgarsten The facility is also very popular with external and friendly clubs as a training camp, who stay in the surrounding hotels and catering establishments. However, not only tournament sport plays an important role. Special attention is also paid to popular sports. We cordially invite those interested in stock sport to visit us for asphalt stock shooting; all you need to bring is enthusiasm, sportswear, and sports shoes. Stock equipment for hobby shooters and beginners is sufficiently available.
