Leisure center with Seerosenbad A natural swimming lake with a total water surface of 3,200 square meters was built in the existing fish pond. One third of the water surface was designed as a planted green belt and serves for the biological regeneration of the bathing water. The facility in Kirchberg an der Raab is operated completely chemical-free and symbolically represents a "water lily". As a bathing guest, numerous highlights await you, as appropriate attractions have been built for every age group, such as a sand beach, a pebble beach, a beach volleyball court, a play island with a fountain, springs, a jumping island, a ventilated bench in the non-swimmer area, and a speed slide with a sofa run-out. The water depths in the non-swimmer area range between 0-1.10 meters; swimmers have depths of up to 3.40 meters available. An illuminated promenade leads around the swimming lake, and the sunbathing lawn on the dam between the fish pond and the swimming lake offers an additional attractive sunbathing area. For winter use of the swimming lake, parts of the jetties are folded out, thus providing appropriate lane lengths and widths for ice stock sport. www.kirchberg-raab.gv.at
