Although the many tasting stations probably attract especially chocolate lovers, even those who are less 'sweet' will enjoy a tour through the Zotter manufactory. At the checkout, there is a space lowered specifically for wheelchair users, and the path to the chocolate theater and the shop is fully accessible for wheelchairs, as are the sanitary facilities. To ensure that the exhibits are visible to everyone, there are viewing holes at various heights. The tactile objects are also displayed at easily reachable heights. Visitors who bring a personal assistant do not have to pay for their entry. The clear layout, complemented by high-contrast labels, makes orientation easy even for people with learning difficulties or visual impairments. Those interested can also take advantage of an audio guide tour, which is included in the admission price. The flatscreens along the tour provide comprehensive information. The exhibition area is free of carpets, curtains, and upholstered furniture – making it practically dust-free! If after all this information you feel like indulging, but suffer from a lactose allergy, you do not have to miss out on the chocolate specialties.
