About me: Andrea Gira-Spernbauer I have been working with glass for quite some time now. The many possibilities offered by the material mean that there are hardly any limits to creativity. It is a constant process of development. Time and again, I try to bring out new facets from the material. I play with surfaces: smooth-rough, shiny-matte. I enjoy combining techniques: fusing – painting – screen printing – sandblasting. Thanks to my customers, I am always motivated to take on new challenges. The fascination of glass as a material has not let go of me to this day.
