Sarnthein Wasserfall und Barbarakapelle

On this circular hike, you will discover the natural and cultural treasures around Trins and a beautiful waterfall. From the "Waldfest" car park, you first hike into the valley. The path along the stream is lined with several old mills that you can visit. Afterwards, you follow the bird nature trail along the meadows and forest edges. At the western turning point of the tour, you reach the Sarnthein Waterfall, where you can enjoy a refreshing cool-down. On the way back, you reach the Barbarakapelle, picturesquely situated on a hill. At the small church, there is also a beautiful viewpoint with a large wooden weather cross. From here, it is not far back to the starting point in Trins.
