Numerous connections from Attnang-Puchheim station to the main traffic trains on the Westbahn line (line 101) or via Gmunden to the Salzkammergutbahn (line 170) in the direction of Bad Ischl, Hallstatt and Bad Aussee.Continue with OÖVV Bus 517 or on foot, approx. 20 minutes' walk to the museum. by bus: OÖVV bus lines 531 to Pinsdorf Bahnhof, change to OÖVV bus 517 to the Pinsdorf Kufhausstraße stop.by bike: The Salzkammergut Tierweltmuseum is also very easily accessible by bike. From Pinsdorf station, turn off the R 2 Salzkammergutradweg in the direction of Reindlmühl and follow the road for approx. 2.8 kilometers.Coming from Neukirchen or Reindlmühl, follow the Aurachtalstraße (partially structurally separated cycle path) to the museum. by car: Westautobahn A1: Coming from Vienna/Linz or Munich/Salzburg to the A1 Regau exit - on the B145 in the direction of Gmunden, after Wiesen at the intersection left off the B 145, then right, then at the roundabout also in the direction of Pinsdorf or Reindlmühl, then immediately at Pinsdorf station turn right in the direction of Reindlmühl and follow the road for approx. 2.8 kilometers.Coming from Gmunden or Bad Ischl on the B145, take the Fraunsdorf exit off the B145 and immediately take the first exit at the roundabout in the direction of Pinsdorf or Reindlmühl, then immediately at Pinsdorf station turn right in the direction of Reindlmühl and follow the road for approx. 2.8 kilometers.
