Salzgrotte La Vita Oberpullendorf

The LaVita Salt Grotto is a place of regeneration for body and mind. Around 15 tons of Himalayan and Dead Sea salt create a special microclimate with a constant temperature of 18–21°C and 50–60% humidity – ideal for absorbing valuable minerals such as iodine, magnesium, calcium, and iron. The salty air has a positive effect on the respiratory tract, skin, and immune system and has been used for centuries for ailments such as bronchitis, asthma, or neurodermatitis. Lean back in a comfortable wellness lounger, take a deep breath, and enjoy 45 minutes of time out – as relaxing as a day at the sea. There are also daily sessions for children.
