Römersee

The Römersee in Bad Sauerbrunn is a versatile leisure paradise in Burgenland that offers a lot to both those seeking relaxation and active holidaymakers. With an area of 44,000 m², the lake invites you to swim, sunbathe and relax. For sports activities, beach volleyball, tennis and football courts as well as a mini-golf course are available. Cycling and hiking trails lead through the picturesque surroundings of the Rosaliengebirge. In addition to the main lake, the facility includes a biotope, a fish pond and a separate dog bathing pond. For families, there are spacious sunbathing lawns, children's playgrounds and 150 quality beach loungers. The gastronomy is rounded off by the Taverne am Römersee and the Strandhütte, which offer regional delicacies and refreshing drinks. The bathing season runs from June to August. Tickets can be conveniently booked online. For overnight guests, 124 mobile homes are available, which enable comfortable living amidst nature. The Römersee is thus the ideal place to escape everyday life, be active or simply unwind. Tickets can only be purchased online.
