Riedkirche St. Sebastian am Ried

The Riedkirche was built between 1635 and 1638. The church was built in a uniform early Baroque style by the master builder Bartholomäus Viscardi. The main attraction is the unique Schutzmantelmadonna (Our Lady of Mercy) by the sculptor Thomas Schwanthler, which is unique to this region. The name tells us that this church is dedicated to St. Sebastian.
