Kitzbühel, Tyrol
Ludwig II granted the town charter. The building has stood since 1531 and was converted into a town hall in 1548. Around 1840, the so-called "Neutor" (today called "Kirchberger Tor") was built. In 1954/55, the current building was erected. Next to the entrance, a relief by sculptor Franz Roilo commemorates ski pioneer and mayor Franz Reisch, who founded winter sports in Kitzbühel in 1892/93.
