The Doll Museum in Blons, opened in 1997, is the first of its kind in Vorarlberg. It displays a collection of dolls and toys, the oldest pieces of which date back to 1860, and is constantly growing thanks to private donors. In the Großes Walsertal Biosphere Park, visitors can immerse themselves in the toy world of times past.The exhibition includes dolls made of various materials as well as toy shops, dollhouses, teddy bears, games, and Punch and Judy shows – all valuable testimonies to the history of toys and earlier living culture. Many an old "Hüslarzüg" (toy house) from Vorarlberg families has found a permanent home here and delights visitors young and old alike.
