Pumptrack in Bad Radkersburg

On an approximately 400m² asphalted circuit, young and old can ride their laps by "pumping," i.e., by pressing their body onto the bike. The waves and curves of varying heights also invite riders to learn tricks and jumps. "With the support of the LEADER program, the municipality has succeeded in creating a new highlight for the young people of the entire region. The Bike-Club Apače/Slovenia has already called us to congratulate us on the pumptrack," Mayor Karl Lautner is pleased about the cross-border effect of this new tourist offer. To teach young people the correct riding style and to convey rules of conduct and the necessity of proper equipment, there are two mornings as part of the Ferien(s)pass program, where regional cycling professionals share tips & tricks.
