The valley station at Pirstingerkogellift is located at an altitude of nearly 1,400 meters above sea level. The surface lift then transports skiers and snowboarders up the mountain, where they can zoom down three pistes, approximately 1.5 kilometers of ski runs. At the top, there is also a snow bar offering hot and cold drinks for thirsty athletes. There is also a magic carpet for children at the lift. Here, beginners, as well as sledders and tobogganists, can be transported uphill. Afterwards, you can descend along the Märchenwiese (Fairy Tale Meadow). A new, modern snowmaking system guarantees winter fun. Afterward, you might stop at the cozy Holdahütt'n. This serves not only as the valley station but also as a culinary spot. In winter, many ski and snowboard races are held here. A special highlight for young and old is the toboggan run. Sledges can be rented on site. Additionally, ski courses can be booked at the ALMI-Skischule-Eder. Other dining options, such as Gasthof Holzmeister, Weizerhütte, or Stoakoglhütte, are also nearby. The Sommeralmloipe (summer alpine cross-country ski trail) runs directly past the lift.
