The brand name Pfau comes from the old farm name (vlg. Pfau). The goal was to combine agriculture and gastronomy, to produce high-quality, high-proof fruit processing products, and to collaborate with farmers and innkeepers. Valentin Latschen is a master fruit grower and master winemaker. However, what primarily defines Pfau is his many years of experience. Curiosity and a joy for experimentation, paired with high quality standards, inspire the spirit.
