Pfarrkirche St. Barbara

The church is located in the Oberpettnau district and was built in 1412. In 1746 it was renovated and artistically furnished. The ceiling and altar paintings by Josef Anton Zoller depict the life of Saint Joseph. The beautiful Baroque figures are partly by Johann Perger. A comprehensive renovation took place from 1990-1995. During this time, wall remains of two earlier churches were found. Various memorial plaques point to noble families who resided here.
