Pfarrkirche Kirchberg ob der Donau

From 1400 - 1407, the wealthy knight Gundacker von Tannberg had the current (large) parish church built in the Gothic style, including the church tower. The "Small Church" from the end of the 13th century was integrated into the new building as a side aisle. On April 24, 1407 (St. George's Day), the new church was consecrated by the Bishop of Passau to St. Othmar as the patron saint.
