The parish church, the landmark of Hüttschlag, is situated on a hill at the southeastern edge of the village and impresses with its slender tower. It was probably built in the 18th century under the influence of the Salzburg court building office. Inside, the parish church consists of a bright nave flooded with light from round-arch windows and a barrel vault. The baroque high altar from 1679 houses an altarpiece of the Nativity of Christ from 1780. The church, dedicated to Saint Joseph, is a place of peace and reflection and a noteworthy example of baroque sacred art.
