The parish of Schwoich is located approximately ten kilometers from Kufstein in the federal state of Tyrol in Austria. The state of Tyrol belongs ecclesiastically to the Archdiocese of Salzburg. St. Ägidius is the patron saint of the church in Schwoich. Dr. Stefan Schantl, parish priest of the communities of Schwoich, Kirchbichl, and Bad Häring, reads publicly accessible Holy Masses daily. The ringing of the bells is a sign of solidarity. This can be heard several times a day.
