Pavelhaus

The Article VII Cultural Association for Styria is the representative organization for the Styrian Slovene minority (2001 census: 2,200 people) living in the federal state of Styria. After decades of political work, they are now represented in the Minority Advisory Board of the Federal Chancellery. A turning point after decades of non-recognition was initiated with the founding of the Article VII Cultural Association for Styria / Društvo c(len 7 za avstrijsko Štajersko in 1988.
