Oswaldi Kapelle

The water of the emerging Oswaldi spring, with its very large discharge, emerges as a small stream from beneath the dolomite rock and today supplies a significant part of the community with drinking water. Only the loud rushing at the water intake now indicates the power of the spring. The legend tells of a pair of oxen that sank in Lake Falkertsee and whose yoke was found a year later in the Oswaldi spring. According to this, the Oswaldi spring must therefore be the underground outflow of Lake Falkertsee.
