Wilde Katzen, birds in flight, strange plants, mysterious fossils ... This and much more of what our Earth offers can be admired at the Naturkundemuseum. It provides insights into 400 million years of Styrian (Steiermark) Earth history and the fascinating evolution of various living beings. The Naturkundemuseum houses extensive natural history collections with focuses on botany & mycology, geology & paleontology, mineralogy, and zoology, primarily related to Styria. The permanent exhibition offers an exciting walk through Earth's history and showcases the biological diversity right on our doorstep.
