The NaturArena Geschriebenstein in Rechnitz combines sports, leisure, and nature experiences at a special location directly by Lake Rechnitz and at the entrance to the spusu BIKES Burgenland trails.The diverse offerings include a climbing and bouldering wall, a practice facility for archery and blowgun shooting, as well as canoe trips on the bathing lake. The program is complemented by events with creative and nature experience offerings, as well as hiking trails to the Geschriebenstein, the highest mountain in Burgenland.A special highlight is the 22-meter-high wooden tower with an observation deck, which offers an impressive view over the region. The entire facility is designed to be barrier-free and invites visitors of all ages to discover, experience, and linger.The observation tower is accessible during opening hours. Outside of opening hours, visits for groups of five or more people are possible by prior arrangement. Registration is required for the use of the climbing, archery, and canoeing facilities.
