The first room contains exhibits, some of which date from the prehistoric megalithic epoch of this area. The exhibits include old holed stones (later called gate and barrier stones), stones from the immediate vicinity with old tool marks, and vessel fragments from modern times. The second section shows a photo documentation of the long-standing research work of the employees from Anger under the direction of Erich Brandl, supported and supervised by the Graz prehistorian Dr. Heinrich Kusch and his wife Ingrid Kusch. Furthermore, over 200 finds from the Roman, Celtic, and Neolithic periods are exhibited here. The third exhibition room shows, via two large mirrors, the deeper area beneath the old cellar level of the house, only recently uncovered by the research group and previously unknown, in which a fragment of an underground passage and a mystical-looking stone in the wall are located. This was named "Teufelsstein" (Devil's Stone) by the working group. It is possible to visit interesting archaeological sites and underground facilities in the area around Anger by prior arrangement. Historical Tours: The "long" Lost Place Tour via the Rauchstubenhaus (smokehouse) to the Waxenegg ruin, or the "short" Lost Place Tour: The guided historical hike through Anger offers insights and views that classic tourists do not get. The "mystical" museum allows glimpses into the past, during the hike you get insights into the underworld, and the Waxenegg ruin offers a great panoramic view. The tours can be booked directly with Mr. Erich Brandl, or via the Slow-Trips website.
