The Museumsgebäude Ullmannlehen was renovated by the Kulturverein Ladislaus starting in the late 1990s. In cooperation with the Denkmalamt (monument office) and the Gemeinde Bad Gastein, the building was restored to its current condition on the initiative of the Pohl family. On the ground floor, the Mineralienverein Gasteinertal displays minerals from the Gasteinertal valley and its side valleys in two rooms. One room houses the collection of the Gasteiner Museum with approximately 160 exhibits. The second room features the club's own collection with about 270 pieces. Admission is free. Group tours are available by prior arrangement by phone: +43 676 303 71 27. Children's program: Mineral search for children up to 15 years old with "Fundgarantie" (guaranteed find). Local residents and guests with the Gastein Card pay €4.00; without the Gastein Card, the price is €6.00.
