Mountain Bike Tour Gries to Moosalmhöhe Route length: 8.8 km | Duration: 3 hours 10 minutes Start is in Gries - it goes over a single-lane, asphalted and curve-light mountain road into the valley, naturally uphill. At the end of the mountain road, you see a barrier and a parking lot on the right side. Here begins the forest road which leads over several switchbacks to Moosalm. Passing the Moosalm, you come to Toralm and then past the Adam and Eva Lakes. It is a good idea to take a break and view these stunning lakes before continuing a bit further up to 1,843 meters at Moosalmhöhe. The return is along the same route where Moosalm, with its wonderful view, naturally offers a great spot for a stop. Route guidance: From Bruck, take the marked Tauern cycle path to Gries - from there, turn left past the Grieserwirt into Brandenauer Graben - at the last fork, turn left uphill to Moosalm (operated). Highlights: View of the Hohen Tauern.
