At Mostkellerei Fischer, fruit wines, juices, ciders, frizzante, and vinegars are produced exclusively with regional fruit and can be tasted as part of a documented tasting and then purchased. We are located in the heart of the so-called "Sauwald", the region of Upper Austria, which is characterized by its beautiful landscape and the density of regional producers.
