The approximately 5-kilometer-long educational trail starts in the center of Arzberg and leads along forest and meadow paths. In the town center, there is a large parking lot and the Kirchenwirt inn for refreshments. Along the circular route, the "Silbernen Buben" (Silver Lads) tell the 750-year-old history of Arzberg and its mining. The beautifully designed information boards make this topic more accessible, especially for children. The many (old) adits found along the way tell their own stories. The hiking trail is easy and can also be walked with dogs (on a leash). Before or after the hike, the Arzberg Silver Mine and the Local History Museum invite visitors. Other nearby excursion destinations include the Almenland Stollenkäse and the "Moarhofhechtl" farm. The loop can also be combined with a hike in the Raabklamm gorge or a bike tour on the "Tischlein-Deck-Dich" tour or the R11 "Raabtal-Radweg". All information about the hike can be found here! Take advantage of the opportunity to travel by public transport.
