On the beautiful Mölltal Glacier, the name "Erlebnis 3000" (Experience 3000) is not just a lukewarm advertising slogan, because the Mölltal Glacier Express and the Eisseebahn take you up to an altitude of over 3,100 meters. The selection of hiking tours is incredibly extensive. How about a glacier hike, which goes up to the Schareck summit at 3,122 meters? From here you have a fantastic panorama with a magnificent view of 30 three-thousand-meter peaks. On the Mölltal Glacier - the only glacier ski resort in Carinthia - the ski season lasts longer than in all other ski centers and, above all, there is the best snow here at 3,000 meters above sea level.
