Literaturgarten

The beautification society has been active in the former kitchen garden of the monastic Meierhof (manor farm) of St. Florian Abbey since 1970. Thus, a flourishing park area has developed over the last four decades, which has been known as the "Literaturgarten" since 2004. Clay tablets with quotes from writers accompany visitors as they walk through the floral splendor. Gardener Augustinus Klein is responsible for the continuous renewal of the design. The abbey church in the background forms the backdrop for this green gem.
