Langlaufen Wald am Schoberpass

Between the Ennstal and the Murtal there is a small, fine network of cross-country ski trails that both beginners and professionals appreciate. Cross-country skiers have the choice here: two routes lead through the municipality of Wald to Unterwald and can be combined as desired.Thanks to the three entry points along the route, you can decide for yourself whether you want to do just a short circuit or the full 10 km. A classic and a skating track run continuously side by side through the deeply snow-covered, wintry nature. And at the end, several refreshment stops in the immediate vicinity invite you to take a break. Cross-country skier's heart, what more could you want?Things to know about the cross-country skiing regionThe two trails are each 5 km long and can be skied individually or in combination.The altitude is between 810 m and 875 m.The region is quickly and easily accessible by car via the A9 or by train to the "Wald am Schoberpass" stop.Parking is available at the entrance at the train station and at the elementary school.All routes are suitable for both classic and skating styles.The cross-country ski trails in Wald am Schoberpass have been awarded the Styrian Cross-Country Skiing Seal of Quality.
