The toll road Lammersdorfer Almstraße connects Grantsch in the municipality of Millstatt am See with the Lammersdorfer Alm. The large parking lot is located directly below the Lammersdorfer Hütte. The extensive Lammersdorfer Alm (mountain pasture) is, among other things, the starting point for a scenic hike on the Enzian Granatsteig. The tour leads to the Granattor, and on the way back, a stop at the Hoisbauerhütte is worthwhile. In the attached dairy, around 500 liters of milk are processed daily into spicy Alm cheese.
