In a relaxed atmosphere in the "KunstWERK" workshop or at your location, unique works of art are created with colorful soapstones. In the offered courses, participants develop their own small projects using various techniques and a lot of imagination. No prior knowledge is required; the shared joy of carving soapstone is paramount. Due to its low hardness, soapstone is ideal for taking the first steps in sculptural design without major physical exertion. Soapstone can be sawn, rasped, and sanded. The different colors and shapes inspire and invite intuitive work. Some forms can already be sensed by touching and grasping and only need to be "freed."
