Kulturzentrum Knappenheim

The Knappenheim is one of the oldest and most traditional cultural centers in Pongau, established in 1952. After renovations from 1998 to 2002, it now shines again in new splendor. The hall with stage, theater dressing rooms, foyer, bar, and kitchen is once again available for all kinds of events, such as weddings, concerts, theater performances, corporate and anniversary celebrations, award ceremonies, and much more. Attending our cultural events is definitely worthwhile. It is also recommended to visit the mining and local history museum located in the same building, which features a 5,000-year history of mining.
