Kraftsee & Spielplatz

A particularly idyllic - and quiet place - is the Kraftsee next to the St. Michael Alpin Retreat in Pfons. There is a large area for children to play in nature and with Cafe St. Michael also a place to stop for refreshments. The Kraftsee is surrounded by trees that provide valuable shade in summer. In addition, you have a unique view of the Serles opposite and the Nordkette above Innsbruck. Smaller hikes can be started directly from the lake, e.g. to the Obersee in the Kraftwald.
