Koschatmuseum

The Koschatmuseum in Klagenfurt is dedicated to the life and work of the famous Carinthian composer and poet Thomas Koschat (1845–1914). Koschat was a significant representative of romantic choral music and decisively shaped the traditional Carinthian song. The museum is located in Koschat's former residence and displays a diverse collection of personal items, musical instruments, sheet music, photographs, and manuscripts.
