Kneippweg "Fit & Fun" Strecke

The Kneippweg "Fit & Fun" route was built in May 2021 as part of the Leader project "175 Years of Kneippen in Strudengau". On the idyllic Kneippweg (total length approx. 4.5 km), approximately halfway along the path, from the "Kasmühle" to the "Waldandacht", there are 8 motor skill stations with many exercise possibilities for the whole family. Informative overview boards describe many different exercises for each of the stations. We recommend using the "Fit & Fun" route as part of a hike or run on the Kneippweg, as the route is approximately the same distance if you complete the loop. If you only want to use the Fit & Fun route, we recommend starting at the parking lot of Burg Kreuzen. If you want to walk the "Fit & Fun" route as part of a hike, the start of the Kneipp circular path is in the center of Bad Kreuzen. If you want to specifically visit the "Fit & Fun" route, we recommend using the parking lot in front of Burg Kreuzen; from there, follow the Kneipp circular path to the "Kasmühle".
