Kaslab'n Nockberge

In 2015, four farms from Laufenberg, Klammberg, Obermillstätter Berg and Glanz founded the cooperative Bäuerliche Erzeugnisse Nockberge - the Kaslab'n. Meanwhile, 20 farms deliver their organic hay milk to the Kaslab'n. Every two days, up to 6,000 liters of goat and cow milk are delivered and processed by tanker. The cheese assortment includes around 22 types of cheese such as Emmentaler, hay flower cheese, semi-hard cheese, goat mountain cheese and goat semi-hard cheese. These, as well as organic beef and organic kid meat, can be found at farmers' markets, in organic shops, in selected retailers and, of course, in the Kaslab'n farm shop in Radenthein. A show dairy is also located here.
