Kärntner Golfclub Dellach

The Kärntner Golf Club Dellach was founded in 1927 and stands for golf in the classic sense. It is one of the oldest clubs in Austria with the richest tradition. Located on the southern shore of Lake Wörthersee, the course is nestled in one of the most scenically impressive areas of the Alps-Adriatic region. The course of the Kärntner Golf Club was created in the 1920s by a French golf course architect as a 9-hole course; in 1954, it was expanded to an 18-hole course. Currently, around 600 members enjoy the amenities of the modern golf facility. The combination of scenic beauty and an attractive holiday offering annually attracts numerous prominent golfers for a refined tee-off. Around the Kärntner Golf Club, a variety of excellent hotels and first-class restaurants can be found. A special highlight, in addition to the stylish ambiance, is the immediate proximity to Lake Wörthersee. Located directly on the southern shore of Lake Wörthersee, the course is characterized by its gently undulating structure with moderate inclines. The 18-hole course is one of the most challenging golf courses in Austria and hosts international and Austrian golf championships. At the end of the round, you can let your game wind down in the exquisite 19th hole.
