Hutschn in Faschina am Hahnenkopf

Two swings made of solid oak, so-called "Hutschn", are ready for swinging enthusiasts in Fontanella. The "Land of Swings" – which originated in the mountain village of Damüls – has been expanded by two new locations in the Großes Walsertal Biosphere Park. You can swing above Lake Seewaldsee in Fontanella with a view over the Großes Walsertal and at the middle station of the Panoramabahn Stafelalpe in Faschina. These swings are more than just simple seating; they are rather art installations, embedded in nature and surrounded by mountains. They are also an invitation to change perspective, a way to constantly sharpen the view of the surroundings through the continuous back and forth movement. In addition, they are an opportunity to reflect on acceleration and deceleration.
