Huab'n Theater

The special kind of open-air theater The "Brandluckner Huab'n" is located at 1,132 m and is a rebuilt wooden house from the 17th century opposite the Naturhotel Bauernhofer. Thus, it is a cultural center in the Almenland Nature Park. The Huab'n Theater was founded in 2000 and can expect about 7,000 visitors per year. Due to the Wednesday Theater, which is performed in the hotel cellar at the Bauernhofer, another 2,000 visitors per year are added. The high visitor numbers are not only due to the high-quality performances, but also to the great atmosphere in the open-air theater. The covered grandstand offers 528 seats, so guests can stay dry even on rainy evenings. The grandstand is also very often used for other events. The open-air stage is used in the summer months, the Wednesday Theater is then always in autumn.
