Holzkapelle in Madseit

The chapel in the hamlet of Madseit between Lanersbach and Hintertux, built entirely of wood and bearing the year 1851, was moved a few meters from its original location in 1980. It houses simple, rustic furnishings, including the altar with a painting of the Madonna and two saints from 1952, painted by Johann Strasser.
