Hochzeller Käsealm with Cheese Dairy Museum and Animal Park The tour and explanation of the production of Zillertal mountain cheese in our showroom with a small tasting follows the guided tour of the Gold Show Mine. All products as well as various souvenirs can be found in our sales shop next door. Adjacent to the Hochzeller Käsealm is an Almhütte (alpine hut) rebuilt true to the original from over 150 years ago – this houses a small museum where old equipment is lovingly restored and functionally displayed.
