The hotel is located in the heart of the Bad Waltersdorf thermal region. Two thermal baths are available for hotel guests: the public Heiltherme Bad Waltersdorf and the hotel’s own, barrier-free wellness area "Quellenoase". In the "Quellenoase," there is a women’s sauna and a dedicated lounge area for women called "Feminarium." The accessible parking space is located in the underground garage. The elevator provides easy access to the main entrance of the Quellenhotel. Both entrances (underground garage and main entrance) are completely level. The Quellenhotel has two barrier-free single rooms and one barrier-free double room. There is a dedicated therapy area within the hotel that is accessible without barriers, which also features a swimming pool with an entry aid. Special menus are gladly prepared for food allergy sufferers, and a consultation with the head chef can be arranged in advance if desired. Consideration is also given to house dust allergy sufferers: wooden floors are present in all rooms, and the rooms are additionally equipped with special bedding and mattresses.
